The purpose of the Care Ministry is to offer assistance to members of TBOC in major areas of distress in their lives. This ministry is to be a ministry of the church through which a member can come to get direction for an issue which is causing distress in his or her life, whether is due to a job loss, illness, death or other life altering event or issue. We want to prevent anyone from suffering alone in silence. The Care Ministry is also involved with commemorative causes which honor those who are waging war against life-altering diseases. 

​Under the umbrella of the Care Ministry are events such as the Big D Climb, Susan G Komen - Race for the Cure, Light the Night and TBOC’s Sunday of Remembrance. 

We do not have formal meetings but will be ever present to help but ever silent in the background.
